Kelly's Korner blog is hosting her Show Us Where You Live again today. She's doing it every Friday and today it is living rooms/family rooms. So, here's mine.

I found this antique library table at a flea market about 10 years ago and love it as much today as the day I brought it home. It has one large drawer where I keep Riley's leash. And of course all my favorite pictures are displayed here. The apothecary jar still has my Easter decorations in it. I can't decide what to put in it next?

This is my favorite lamp in the entire house. A large Tiffany lamp in shades of green and blue. I purchased it off
Ebay at a great price. I purposefully kept this picture a little dark, because in the apothecary jar on this table...........I still have pine cones and Christmas ball ornaments! I really need to take care of these two jars!

Here is the entertainment center. I waiting for this old TV to sputter out and then I'll get something that fits the space better (like maybe a high definition TV). For the last year or so the color jumps to shades of greens.

Corner fireplace. Not to fond of this. Wish I had a regular sized mantle.

So far, Riley gets to be the only one featured on the mantle!

Not much to say about this picture. Leather recliner and cheap couch that is falling apart after being one year old!

I do love this picture frame and all the black and white photos I put in it from Aaron and Stephanie's wedding!
Great living room! Thanks for the tour! :o)

Absolutely love Tiffany lamps and yours is gorgeous -- love those colors! I'm noticing a trend while viewing these rooms -- Apothecary jars!! Thinking I need to look into getting a few myself.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the tour!
I love your library table and how you displayed everything on it! Very nice!
ReplyDeleteYour room is beautiful. I like the vase beside the antique table. Are those lights in the sticks? If so, I love it and I think I will try that out.
ReplyDeleteI love the Tiffany lamp! You have a lot of nice details. I like your mantle, but I know what you mean. I had a corner mantle and what I did was put a mirror at the back, and then put a string of lights in front of it. It seemed to make the space look bigger.
