Dad and I made a "relish" over the summer using vegetables from his garden. We combined tomatoes, corn, onion and jalapenos. Here are some pictures showing our fun. The bowl of watermelon you see in the picture(s) was for us to snack on while canning. We heated everything and sealed it in quart jars. We made maybe 8 quarts and it was gone, probably within...... 2 weeks. It was delish....
yummm. that looks delish! too bad we didn't have any left for our supper tonight. green giant doesn't compare.
