Aaron and Stephanie got moved into their new house this weekend. Here is their first picture together standing in front of their new home ! The house is two years old and in a new neighboorhood of custom built homes. Music for the next week or so will be dedicated to them. Current song is "Our House". Maybe they will learn all the words and sing it outloud while organizing their new home !
This is the sign going into their housing development.
We had temperatures in the lower 70's Thursday when I got there and by Saturday when it was moving day of the heavy furniture, the temperature had dropped to the 20's and we got snow.
Here's a shot of the back of the house. I forgot to shut the door before taking this picture, oops !Small window on the left is the laundry room. Next two windows are the kitchen, then back door, then there is window on each side of the fireplace and the two windows on the right are master bedroom. Window upstairs is the what we refer to as the "blue room".
Here's their kitchen. Door next to Aaron is the pantry. To the left of that door is the door going out to the garage. The laundry room is also to the left.
Here's is the front door and the staircase going to the top floor. On the other side of the staircase is the dining room. To the right of the front door is a 1/2 bath. The master bedroom is also to the right. Sierra does not know what to think of the new digs yet. Sometimes she's happy and other times we would find her hiding in her crate.
This is the half bath I was referring to. I love the light fixtures in this room.
This picture is taken from the dining room. I did not get a picture of the dining room when it was empty, but will show one later in the week when I blog about moving everything in. Riley is sniffing at the front door to see who might be coming in. You can see the 1/2 bath and the entrance into the master bedroom.
This is the master bathroom. There is a really pretty chandelier over the tub that I will show a picture of tomorrow. There is also a large master closet in this bathroom but I forgot to get a picture of it. Stephanie will be glad to hear that! She would probably prefer the picture to be of her closet once it is organized because right now it is a heaping pile of everything we threw in there.

Here's a shot from the top of the staircase looking down into the living room. These hickory floors are very pretty. Wish I would have got a close up showing more detail. Maybe I'll do that on my next visit. That probably won't be too far away !

Here is the bonus room over the garage. There is also a door that goes into the attic. One of three attic spaces in the house. This particular attic is where the hot water is kept. Aaron worked on the hot water heater yesterday to turn the temperature up on it. The previous owner's had small children and turned the setting down low. We all were wanting HOT water this weekend with it turning so cold !
