Last week I was dreaming of Valentine cupcakes (click here). This morning, my co-worker, Cynthia fulfilled my dream by surprising me with these yummy cupcakes ! !White confetti cakes with creamy chocolate icing, red sprinkles and heart confetti's. They were so good and it did not take long for the container above to look like the container below.......
