DFW National Cemetery

 One month ago was the day.  The day that Heaven received her.  Today was an important day as well.  Pappaw's first time to make the trip to DFW National Cemetery.  The marker is 86....

First visits are hard.  I wish he could have had all of his family with him to make this first trip.  So he could have received comfort and hugs from all those he loved and that love him.  But life does not always allow such gatherings.  So for those that were able to be with him on today's journey...the rest of us praise you for offering him softly spoken words of comfort, reminiscing of the past and reminding him that there will be a reuniting in the future.....
