Springfield has a new
mongolian grill restaurant at Battlefield Mall called
HuHot. We made a visit to it last weekend and loved it.
Huhot took over the old
JBucks restaurant. They kept some of the furnishings and added a lot of their own......
This new restaurant was full of people and lots of activity. The food and the prices were really good. I hope we make it a must go to spot every time I make a trip to Ozark.
The setup was similar to
BD's Mongolian BBQ in Kansas City. I love restaurants that are full of fresh veggies and low fat meats. It makes a healthy, delicious meal.
