Friend Kelly wanted Big Bro and Lil Sis shirts to have for when baby Harper makes her appearance in July. I was happy to oblige! She came over this past week and we worked on a blanket for the baby and she looked through my scraps and picked out the fabrics she wanted for the Big Bro and Lil Sis. The white onesie is 0 - 3 months and will be for when baby Harper is born. The pink onesie is in a bigger size so Harper can still have a matching onesie to go with big brother, Owen's shirt as she grows. This was a fun project and I'll probably be making more of these for Stephanie's boutique, ROOM 5 in Ozark MO.
I found the whimsical letters I wanted off etsy.com. I had to use a copier and reduce the size of the letters to fit on the newborn onesie and the 3 to 6 month old onesie. For Owen's 4T yellow shirt I was able to use the stencils at their original size.
I used coordinating thread for each letter.....
I love how colorful these onesies and t-shirt turned out and can't wait to see Kelly's kids wearing them in a couple of months!
So adorable! I love that font and the colors you chose :)
