Crockpot Cream Cheese Rotel Chicken

With a forecast of rain for most of the day, cooking something in the crock pot sounded like a good idea.  This cream cheese based chicken recipe is easy and tasty.
Frozen chicken
1 block cream cheese
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
1 can beans
1 can of chipotle white corn
1 can cream of chicken soup

Spending the money for crock pot liners is so worth it !  One minute crock pot cleanup is worth the expense.

Place chicken in crock pot first and top with remaining ingredients.  I drained and rinsed the beans.  Everything else went straight in from the can.

Cook on high for 4 hours.  Stir occasionally.  Ends up looking like this.  Much tastier than it is photographic.  You can switch it up by using a different type of bean or adding rice or fritos.
