Horseradish Meatloaf

All the credit for this recipe has to go to daughter Katie. She found it somewhere and made it for the first time a few months ago. Since then she has made it 4 or 5 times. I took the recipe to Ozark with me this past weekend and made it for Aaron and Stephanie.
Ingredients are:
2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 c dry bread crumbs
1/2 c ketchup
1 T horseradish (we use a little more)
2 t worsestershire sauce
2 t salt
1 t onion powder
1/2 t pepper
1/2 t mustard powder
1 clove minced garlic
1 - 2 T fresh parsley
Ingredients for the sauce:
1/2 c ketchup
3 T brown sugar
1 T horseradish (we use a little more here too)
2 t spicy mustard
1/2 t mustard powder

Pre heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix meat loaf ingredients and whisk together sauce ingredients. Spoon 1/2 of the sauce onto the meatloaf and bake for 50 minutes. Spoon remaining sauce and bake for another 10 minutes.

It was delish !
