Earlier in the week Tina at Mommy's Kitchen posted her menu plans for the month of April. Chicken lasagna was on her list and it looked so good I had to give it a try. She had gotten the recipe from the Sunday Baker blog. You can clickhere to get the recipe. It was very easy to make and we will be adding it to our list of favorites. I bought a rotisserie chicken from the deli at our grocery store to cut down on the prep time.
I also used low fat ricotta cheese, fat free sour cream and fat free cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups to save a few calories and fat grams!

And this is what it looked like when it came out of the oven. At our house, salsa is a staple so we had to add a big dollop of homemade salsa to our plates! It was delish!
