Roasted Asparagus

I love the picture of the green on purple as much as I loved eating this roasted asparagus. Directions are as follows:

Wash asparagus and snip off the ends of each stalk
Spread on a baking sheet
Drizzle olive oil generously on top of asparagus
Sprinkle chopped garlic on top

Move top oven rack to the second highest position. Roast at 500 degrees until tips of asparagus start turning crispy. Took us approximately 5 minutes. This was so good and so healthy. Aaron said he'd take this over french fries any day !
