Babies Are Good Medicine

Patricia Ann loves babies.  She always has, she always will.  She has given birth to five of her own.  Then she had numerous foster babies, then the grand babies came, she's blessed with 13 of them.  Sheila and Kyle gave her a total of five great-grand babies.  And we have to add in all the babies she taken care of with her in-home daycare and her 23 years of running her pre-school.  Oh, and her nursery bible class at her church.  Did I leave any babies out?  Probably!  Babies define her.  If you had to assign definitions to people's names then this Patricia would have a very long definition full of words like love, nurture and selflessness.
Hand her a baby and she is pleased as punch, a happy camper!
Baby Luke has filled a very important roll these last 7 months.  He's the baby of our family.  He puts the biggest sparkle in her eye.....
I like this picture below because it reminds me of how she had Aaron drinking from a cup when he was even much younger than this.....
At 2010 Thanksgiving, Luke was the one that got grandma laughing and acting silly...
and she in turn, got Luke laughing and acting silly as well......

Then at 2010 Christmas, we got Grandma home from the hospital and that night, Luke and her were best buddies once again.......
Since Luke is a couple of states away, we have Ashley's baby, Gavin, to come over and receive and give some love...........
This week grandma has been confined to her bed or her recliner.  Luann, Stacy and Luke came into town for a visit.  Luke was ready to see his grandma and give her some kisses....
Luke napping with Grandma in the bed.....
and in her recliner.....
Babies are her best medicine !
