BooMama is hosting a
Diptacular 2009, so since I love dips and chips, thought I would participate.
I don't have an official name for this dip. We just call it cream cheese and chili dip.
You will need 1 block of cream cheese.
1 can of chili no beans
1 can mexican rotel, drained
Shredded cheese
And chips of your choice
Cream cheese goes on the bottom, pour the chili over it, then the
rotel, the sprinkle some cheese on top. Microwave for approximately four minutes and this is what you get:
