Owen's Super Hero Cape

Kelly wanted her little guy to have a super hero cape.  I was happy to oblige and got it finished today.  She wanted the letter "O" on it.

I got the cape cut out and the "O" and then emailed pictures to Kelly so could decide if she wanted the "O" on the cape with or without an emblem behind it.  She chose to use the emblem.....

I used my Superman emblem as a pattern.  The cape is two sided so the stitching does not show.

 I top stitched it to hold the two layers in place, sewed on the Velcro and it was done....

Watch out everyone who knows Owen!  You'll probably be seeing him jumping from chairs, couches, beds and the front porch!
