Riley Blake Scoot Baby Quilt

This past Sunday, I finished an order that Judy put in for a baby quilt for a friend.  She gave me specific instructions for color.  She wanted light blues, light yellows, tans, and light greens.  I found the perfect combo with Riley Blake's line called Scoot.  I searched Etsy until I tracked down the best deal.
I cut out 100 5" squares and sewed them all together for the quilt's front.  This made a quilt approximately 42" squared.
She also wanted the baby's name on the quilt.  I used red to contrast against the other colors and put his name on the back of the quilt.
Judy also wanted me to start the binding and she wanted to do the hand sewing.  I stitched the binding to the front and got the back side started for her.
I had some fabric leftover so I searched through my stash and found some soft minky type fabric in blue to make a lovie to go with the baby quilt.

It went in the mail yesterday!  I hope baby Logan and his parents enjoy this gift.
